"Man Up" Transitional Housing Program
6-Month Housing for Men in Reentry or Crisis
Our structured housing program helps men transition from incarceration, homelessness, or treatment with job placement, life skills, and accountability.
Wellness & Stability Program
Non-Clinical Support for Urgent Needs
We assist with food, hygiene kits, transportation, and essential supplies to individuals experiencing hardship. No therapy or insurance required.
I-Finished-Something GED Prep Program
GED and Academic Empowerment
GED prep, digital literacy, and tutoring for adults ready to finish what they started. Includes graduation celebration and career coaching.
ResoluteWorks – Workforce Readiness
From Job Skills to Job Placement
Resume workshops, mock interviews, employer referrals, and paid opportunities to build a pathway to work.
Court Advocacy
Reentry Letters & Legal Support
We support individuals with open charges, probation, or parole through court letters, community service, and sentencing alternatives.
Benefits & Resource Navigation
Help Accessing IDs, Housing, & Medicaid
SNAP, Medicaid, housing, and benefits application help. Also includes ID vouchers and referrals to local resources.
